The refresher training was facilitated by RIWANI Globe as the implementing partner of the ILO. The activity took place over five days, from August 12 to 16, 2024 in Citere Resort Pangalengan, Bandung Regency. The participants attending the refresher training included extension workers of KPBS and several representatives from Business Development Service (BDS) providers such as PLUT Cianjur, the Indonesian Employers Association (APINDO), the Institute of Public Administration (IPDN), and the Indonesian Business Development Services Association (ABDSI).

The training focused on a deep understanding of various business management topics, including financial management, marketing, costing, and financial management. Additionally, the training emphasized the development of coaching skills, such as active listening, providing constructive feedback, and applying effective facilitation and communication methodologies during coaching activities for beneficiaries. As part of the training, trainers were also encouraged to visit farmers directly to practice the coaching skills they had learned. Participants showed high enthusiasm throughout the refresher training, and actively participated in discussions, shared experiences, and applied the new skills taught during the training.
