This webinar was a follow-up to the series of ILO support programs for SMEs that had received training and mentoring in their efforts to transition to digital wage payments. The main objectives of this webinar were: 1. Understand the procedures for registering workers with BPJS Employment and the benefits it provides for workers and business owners. 2. Deepen SMEs/business owners' understanding of relevant financial products to support efficient payroll activities and learn how to negotiate with financial institutions. 

Participants actively engaged by asking questions to the speakers regarding BPJS Employment procedures and other technical aspects. Some questions included the procedure for registering SMEs with BPJS Employment, the necessary documents, how to register a company online, and how to update worker data. Participants were also interested in learning more about handling social security claims. This interaction demonstrated the participants' enthusiasm for understanding the procedures and technical aspects of optimal BPJS Employment management for their SMEs.
