2024-10-09

RIWANI Globe documented the outcomes of each training program provided to target beneficiaries. With this approach, RIWANI Globe and GIZ SASCI+ also aim to build a network among beneficiaries from various project areas in Central Sulawesi. This initiative was packaged in the form of a Knowledge Sharing activity. In this event, participants were given the opportunity to share their experiences and stories about the progress they had achieved during the Farmer Organization Strengthening Program.
During the Knowledge Sharing sessions, farmer groups shared their achievements and the positive impacts they had experienced after participating in the Training of Farmers (TOF). Additionally, these sessions provided an opportunity for farmer groups to exchange insights and explore new opportunities that could be leveraged for mutual advancement. This interaction was expected to not only enhance participants' knowledge but also strengthen the network and collaboration between farmer groups, fostering a stronger synergy among them.
This session played a crucial role in gathering feedback from participants regarding the effectiveness of the business development services provided. Participants were also given the opportunity to evaluate the knowledge and skills they had acquired during the program. Additionally, the open discussion allowed participants to identify challenges faced and areas that required further strengthening to ensure the sustainability of their farmer groups in the future. As a result, this session not only served as a platform for reflection but also as a strategic forum to enrich collaboration and innovation among farmer groups.
